Every year, One More Time gears up for St. Patrick’s week like it’s our own personal marathon — just with more fiddles, pints, and questionable wardrobe choices. We know what’s coming: a stretch of gigs that’s equal parts adrenaline, laughter, and the kind of fun chaos that makes March our favorite kind of madness.
This year, we’re kicking things off with a céilí as part of the Burlington Irish Heritage Festival — the perfect warm‑up to get feet moving and tunes flying. There’s just something about that first gig when the crowd’s clapping along and the room starts dancing like they were secretly waiting all winter for this. After that, we’re rolling straight into a gig at the Harley‑Davidson dealership (because who says traditional Irish music and motorcycles don’t mix?), then a few private parties where everyone suddenly remembers their great‑great‑grandmother was from Galway, and finally wrapping it all up with a full‑on concert at Hedding United Methodist Church. From reels to revving engines to church acoustics — that’s just how One More Time rolls in March.
Getting ready for all that feels like trying to pack for three different adventures. The Harley gig calls for volume and grit. The private parties are unpredictable — sometimes it’s background music; sometimes it’s a sing‑along that somehow ends up in double time. The céilís are pure energy and barely controlled chaos, and the church show is where we clean up our act (a little) and let the sound soar in the rafters.
By the end of it all, One More Time will be running on soda bread and adrenaline — tired, happy, and already counting down to next year.
We hope you’ll join us at one of our upcoming shows. Here’s where we’ll be: One More Time Shows!
